Dancing Diva
Sometimes when the mood strikes, the best thing to do is let loose, crank up the I-Pod and just dance. Who cares if the blinds are open and the whole neighborhood can bear witness to the evolution of the clan dance party? LD is a pro at letting loose and releasing her inner dancin' diva. She's been instrumental in getting each of us involved in her almost evening dance sessions in which we watch her twirl, hold poses, and move as if she's getting ready for the next big modern dance spectacular. She now has a partner to dance with...Cody can't get enough of dancing, following LD around the house as she twirls, and tries to keep up the dancing toddler diva that has blossomed over the past month. When the dancing ends, you can't help but take a moment, catch your breath, and laugh. Thank God for creating dancing divas!

Narrative Friday: Sacrifice
I would sacrifice my life for my mom if I had to. I would kill a minotaur or battle the god of the underworld. I would do this because I love my mom so much. My mom comforts me and makes the best food in the world. I could not live without her!
Note: HS and I are reading "The Lightning Thief" and discussing the events and characters within the book. Before reading his chapters for the day, I asked HS if he would ever sacrifice his own life for someone. If so, who would it be and why.
